Our Basement Homeschool Room

Sterilite workboxes...
Daily work in each box. Just start at the top and work your way down...

I put a snack in the fourth workbox.
Bible in the top workbox, Math in the second, Grammar in the third, etc....

The view from our basement tv room...

I just set up our schoolroom as well. Yours looks fab! Where did you get that whiteboard? I totally need to get one as the one I have is way too small....I'll add you to my blogroll :)

I'm confess I'm envious! I haven't even had a chance to clean up all of this past year's stuff yet! Your photos are inspiring. =)

Wow, I am overwhelmed with how amazing this room is! Your children are very lucky to have such beauty and organization in their school life. I love the work your way down boxes, that is just inspired! ~Michele

Love it!! The paint is gorgeous and now I'm going to go bug my hubby to paint our basement. With the paint we picked out a *year ago* that is sitting on the floor in my closet! LOL

Your schoolroom is amazing! Can you please tell me where you got your maps, particularly the world map that is in their reading area.

Thanks,
Kerri

This room looks so bright and cheery! I love the idea of using stackable workboxes and the kids going through them top to bottom.

What a fun blog-- I like the ninjas theme!
